Donate a running total of 10 coins to the Dog Shrine donation box, reached through the sink in Papyrus's kitchen in Snowdin (you must have spared him). Get coins from the shrine's slot machine, then "Dognate". You'll get this and the other donation tiers on the way to Dognation One X.

Donate a cumulative 500 coins - the top donation tier. Farm coins on the slot machine (or buy them), then deposit. You can bank the full 500 and dump it in one go to pop all seven Dognation tiers together.

Unlocks in Snowdin at the "spaghetti" save point - the save star next to the plate of spaghetti Papyrus leaves out in the snowy forest. The main path takes you right to it.

Pops automatically at the very start, the moment you enter the Ruins - the first area, right after you fall into the Underground. Can't be missed.
