Prey
Achievement guide · roadmap · tracker
In Prey, you awaken aboard Talos I, a space station orbiting the moon in the year 2032. You are the key subject of an experiment meant to alter humanity forever – but things have gone terribly wrong. The space station has been overrun by hostile aliens and you are now being hunted. As you dig into the dark secrets of Talos I and your own past, you must survive using the tools found on the station, your wits, weapons, and mind-bending abilities.

If you can't find her voice sample, chase her sidequest thread first - it points you at it.

Adrift
Uncommon19.4%You rescued Dr. Igwe from a cargo container.
"You rescued Dr. Igwe from a cargo container." When you get stuck out in space you'll get a distress call from Igwe who is stuck in a container. Don't open it - note its number (2312), and use the number on the computer in the Cargo Bay. The container will dock itself and Igwe will be saved!

Dr Howard's Superfruit is special and obtained as a reward for completing the "Gardening Tips" side mission. That makes 40 types total... ...of which you only have to eat 39. So you can miss one... Look around everywhere, and loot everything, as you go through the game to make sure you get all these.
Dear Future Self
Rare6.6%You found and listened to all the messages you left for yourself.
These are the recordings your pre-amnesia self left dotted around Talos I - collectible TranScribes and audio logs from the old Morgan. Grab and listen to each as you sweep the station; several sit in earlier areas that get awkward to reach once the endgame limits your backtracking, so don't leave a zone without checking. A collectibles list is the safe way to make sure you've got the full set.
Do No Harm
Rare5.6%You completed the game without killing any Humans.
You can check whether this is still valid for you in the stats menu; the "Humans Killed" figure should remain zero. Only humans dying by your hand count. Other causes of death (including inaction allowing them to die) are fine. Ignoring quests for saving people is fine. When you have to kill the cook, he will die of blood loss if you disarm the Recycler Charge - still fine!
I and Thou
Rare5.6%You completed the game in the most empathetic way possible.
Save everyone (specifically, Aaron Ingram, Igew, Sarah Elazar, Mikhaila and Alex). Make sure you don't achieve 'Psychopath' status. You get empathy points by saving these people, completing their missions, and for saving 10 mind-controlled humans. You lose empathy points for killing those named people, or allowing them to die.
