The only missable achievement in the game; interact with all 44 Lorestones throughout the adventure.
You can use chapter-select to go back and get any you missed, the chapter select screen also shows how many you've collected/missed for each chapter. Also, progress does carry over across playthroughs so you can start again and rush through to any you missed if needed.
Note that progress is only saved at checkpoints - so if you die before reaching a checkpoint make sure to re-get the Lorestone when you respawn/reload.
At launch, the symbols for each were tied to the individual stones (e.g. the 4th stone would always have symbol X), but this is no longer the case; they'll just be in order for the order you find them (e.g. the 4th one you collect will have symbol X, whether its the 4th actual stone or not).
