You should be able to get this 3-4 levels in as soon as the time limit increases from 6 months to 12 months.

Hard to do in the first campaign segment, easier in the later ones (desert onwards).

Do what it says on the tin; extract all the oil in a level. You can ofc do this on any level...

Wait until one of the NPC players bids on a piece (their face will appear on the chunk of land), then click on it to outbid them. If you win (and if you have enough cash ofc) then the achievement is yours!

just wait until Left Inc or Right Inc drops below this value and then assign some carts there to sell. This will be easy to spot from early on in the game- just keep an eye on the sell values as you should be doing anyway.

Diamonds become available in the 2nd stage of the campaign (the desert). You have to buy a skill for the moles from the Workshop to be able to retrieve them

On normal, hard to do before the 4th part of the campaign.

In the 3rd part of the campaign you get access to oil. To boost prices you also need to buy the "Left Link" and/or "Right Link" at $40k apiece to be able to pipe gas directly to Left In or Right Inc, and the Valves so you can control the flow. To do this, branch a pipe off one of your regular pipes, add an extra joint so you have a valve to close, then extend the pipes to *multiple* gas resources, and the other end to Left/Right Inc. The point being that you need the gas to flow into Left/Right Inc - but NOT through any oil seam and out your drills. It also helps to have an extra valve close to Left/Right Inc - so you can get everything wired up ready but stop the gas flowing until the price is naturally high already. If you're already at $1.10 then a nice boost from 3 gas veins should get you well over $2.50 for both achievements.

Easy to do from the beginning; just tap the oil and don't pick it up quick enough with the horses. You're bound to have this happen sooner or later by accident so don't worry about boosting for it deliberately.

Finish the base-game campaign - win the final level by buying out the Mayor's shares to end as majority owner. Unlocks automatically on completion.

Deliberately overbid on land by clicking on where other people already bid. This will become easier to get later in the game. See also Overbidder. Note you won't get the achievement until the end of the level you bid on!!

Boost the oil / gas price to at least $3.50. Buy the Left/Right Link and valves, branch pipes to feed several gas veins straight into Left/Right Inc (not out through your drills), and open the valves when the price is already naturally high to spike it past $3.50.

There are 5 tips to buy for each of the four campaign segments. I'm not sure if you have to buy the tips while 'in' that campaign segment, so buy as soon as you can to be sure.

Expert mode is unlocked after you complete the campaign the first time...

Shares start to be sold mid way through the 2nd part of the campaign. You'll have to participate in a share auction before every level. Just make sure you win every time. Note the price the NPC competitors buy at is pretty random, and you can retry any number of times just by quitting out to the main menu and then going back in to Continue game; as it tells you repeatedly going back to the main menu loses all progress since reaching town. (so do this first on getting into town so you don't have to redo any other purchases or the land auction). It will be very hard to do this at the same time as Filthy Rich or Millionaire - so don't. Go for this in your first playthrough (non-expert!), and the others in the Expert playthrough following it.

Beat the base campaign while finishing with more than $1,000,000 in the bank. Play efficiently and bank money before the final buyout so you clear $1M at completion.

Own 100% of the shares (buy them all at the between-level auctions) while holding over $1,000,000 in the bank at the same time.

(Deeper Underground) When you hit hard rock, blow it up with dynamite - you get three free sticks from Dynamite Dale and can buy more at the saloon. Works in the campaign or Deep Mode.

(Deeper Underground) After Lady Boyd arrives (Deep Mode unlocked) and you've bought the mole upgrade from Edward, descend in Deep Mode; among the water pockets you'll find rubies - send the mole to retrieve one.

(Deeper Underground) After draining early plots, accept Yvonne's Water Research offer; she drills the map and tells you which plot holds the most water. Completing that research pops it.

(Deeper Underground) Buy the refinery boost upgrade from Fred, then activate the boost on a refinery. Best value when the petrol price is high, but any activation unlocks it.

(Deeper Underground) In the saloon, play Dice Dice Dice against Philip: up to three shakes of five dice trying to total 21, setting aside up to four dice between shakes. Win one game.

(Deeper Underground) Beat the Deeper Underground campaign - use Deep Mode earnings to fund share buyouts and out-bid rivals for majority ownership of the Mayor's stock in the final level.

(Deeper Underground) In Deep Mode, keep drilling downward until you reach 1000 metres depth.

(Deeper Underground) Beat the Deeper Underground campaign on Expert difficulty. Tip: pick Lisa to avoid the steep upgrade costs and spill fees on the harder run.

Beat The Heat Is On campaign on any difficulty.

Buy every upgrade in the shed / workshop over the campaign (mole, drills, pipes, prospecting and the rest). Unlocks on the last purchase.

Complete Anthony's treasure collection: buy the mole treasure upgrades, then dig up all three treasure types in each of the three regions and display them in the gallery - all nine completes the collection.

Find a small oil zone, pipe the nearest magma / gas source into it and valve it off so the oil seam converts to gas; the gas zone then grows - keep it converting until the well has tripled in size. (Make sure the game is patched - this once had a calculation bug.)

In the village hub between levels, a cat jumps around the scene - click on it. Reported in The Heat Is On campaign's village screen.

Dig up treasures with an upgraded mole (buy the mole / treasure upgrades in the shed), then sell one worth $2,000 or more rather than adding it to your gallery. The rarer, deeper gem and artefact types clear the threshold.
