A great city-builder game with a deep and complex simulated economy.
The achievements are hard, but straightforward and obvious in what they require. 100% requires completing both scenario campaigns, and likely a few custom scenarios to tick off the difficulty and other specific requirements in some of the achievements - e.g. 
No known glitches, and nothing missable per se - just chill back and have fun.
