Little Nightmares is Tarsier's gorgeous, grim little puzzle-horror, and it's a short, gentle 100% - the base game is 3-4 hours, and the full thing (with the three-part Secrets of the Maw DLC and every collectible) is 8-12 hours, most of it collectible mop-up. Single-player only, no multiplayer.

In the DLC chapter The Hideaway, work through the Nome-furnace sequence and throw the Nome into the furnace to power the mechanism - a grim but required story moment ("Are you proud of yourself?").

In the DLC chapter The Residence, take the book whose spine shows half of the Lady's mask from the upstairs library down to the matching book on the left, place it there to open a hidden room, then knock the vase off its pedestal inside.

Escape an enemy's grab at the last moment six times. When a large enemy (the Janitor, say) is about to grab you, slide or dodge away instead of being caught; repeat until you've evaded six grabs - you can farm this at grab points.

The one real challenge. Finish the entire base game in under one hour of in-game time without dying once - and it must be started from a fresh New Game (starting from chapter select won't unlock it). You can save, quit and reload; only your deaths and total time count. Do it once you know the routes.

Hug all 13 Nomes across the base-game chapters. Walk up to a Nome and press the grab/hug button - each one has to actually be hugged, not just touched. Use a locations guide so you don't miss any; a missed Nome is recoverable via chapter select.
