A scripted story beat - a boat ride with your colleague Edgar Swansea as part of the main quest. Unmissable, comes on its own, nothing to seek out.

A missable choice - when you first meet Clay Cox, choose to spare him rather than putting him down. Save just before the encounter so you can pick the merciful option on purpose; kill him and it's gone for that save.

You'll start encountering rats during chapter 1, when you see them scurrying around on the floor just look down and interact to munch on them.

Resolving Dorothy Crane's storyline - another choice-driven outcome. Progress her questline to the decision point; save first if you're aiming for a particular ending for her.

Embrace Clay during your first meeting with him

Fergal, the Skal boss down in the sewers - a story fight. Same approach: come in over-levelled if you can, stun-and-bite to sustain your blood, dodge the lunges, and keep serums topped up.

Resolving Sean Hampton's storyline - a choice-driven outcome. Work through his questline and you'll reach the decision that settles his fate and pops this. Save beforehand if you want to steer which way it goes.

A story-gated boss fight. Vampyr bosses are level-checks more than skill-checks - if you hit a wall, you're under-levelled, and the quickest fix is embracing a citizen or two for a big XP spike (at the cost of that district's health). In the fight itself, open with a Blood Spear stun then bite to refill blood, keep healing serums stocked, and dodge the big wind-ups rather than trading blows.

Another story-gated fight. Same rules: stay levelled (embrace a citizen for XP if you're struggling), stun with Blood Spear, bite to recover blood mid-fight, and dodge the heavy hits rather than blocking. Bring anti-stun and healing serums.

Take care of Aloysui's fate

The showdown with the vampire-hunter leader McCullum. Win it and this pops - and afterwards you get the choice to finish or spare him (a story branch, not tied to this one). Fight it like any Vampyr boss: keep your level up, stun-then-bite to sustain, dodge the big swings.

Resolving Edgar Swansea's arc - a story choice that comes late as his storyline concludes. Save before the decision if you're chasing a specific outcome.

A main-path boss. If it's shredding you, you're under-levelled - a couple of embraces close the gap fast. Stun with Blood Spear, bite to top up blood, keep healing serums on hand and dodge the heavy attacks.

Story-complete - pops when you finish the game, so it's unmissable on any run. Which of the endings you land doesn't matter for this one.

Finish the game without killing any citizens. Yeah, this is very missable!

In chapter 4, you'll go to the West End district. In a building opposite Kimura Tadao's house you'll find the pure water. The building is kindof between West end and Whitechapel on the map, just under where the line curves back up to vertical. Once you've got the water, the plant is in your office at Pembroke Hospital - water it. Then sleep for 3 or 4 nights. It should then have grown leaves - interact with it to get the achievement. It is not yet known whether this achievement is missable - so aim for it when you get to chapter 4.

A lore pickup tied to the main investigation into the ancient vampire Paulus Aurelianus. It comes as the late-game questline sends you after his past - follow the main quest and search the area it points you to.

Turn all districts to hostile.

There are 30 in total. Weaknesses & Vampires: Fire and Sun: The first is in the safe room after the tutorial section, as you enter its in the back left corner on a shelf.
